2. What data we collect and why
Contact form (WPForms). When you submit the contact form or request the Free Website Plan, we collect your name, email address, and the details you include in your message.
- Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Retention: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case data is kept for the duration of the contract and legal retention periods.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4). With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. This involves cookies and identifiers that measure pages visited, approximate location, and device information. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.
- Purpose: to improve the website and our services.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time through the cookie settings.
- Retention: analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Technical data. Our hosting provider and CDN automatically record IP addresses and basic connection data in server logs for security and to deliver the site correctly.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the site:
- Hostinger International Ltd., web hosting.
- QUIC.cloud, content delivery network.
- Google LLC (USA), analytics. Transfers to the USA are covered by Google’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We may also disclose data when legally required.
4. Your rights
