This report provides a detailed analysis of the heuristic evaluation process used to evaluate the Tealfeed website.
The evaluation itself was performed using Jakob Nielsen’s 10 Heuristic Principles. This process consists of comparing 10 predefined usability principles to an application or website while a user attempts to complete a task.
We looked at 5 tasks a user could perform while using the Tealfeed website, and evaluated them based on Jakob Nielsen’s 10 Heuristic Principles.
After evaluating the 5 tasks they were ranked based on severity, using a rating scale of severity level. For each issue identified a solution was also recommended.
Note this review was limited to the Tealfeed Desktop site only, not the mobile site.
